This luxury holiday apartment is set in a recently built,
and beautifully conceived apartment complex with all the
holiday amenities you will need.
Located near Vinaros, Benicarlo and Peniscola
in Spain, the holiday apartment is only 1 1/2
hours motorway drive from Barcelona. You could also easily
use the airports at Reus and Valencia to reach us.
The
Panoramica Golf and Country Club, was expertly
designed by golf pro Bernhard Langer and is' hidden'
in the Catalan orange groves near the medieval Knights'
Templar town of Peniscola in Spain.

The holiday apartment, which enjoys soothing
views over the golf course, offers you 2 twin
bedrooms, a high quality bathroom and modern kitchen -
which includes a dishwasher and washing machine.
The apartment also has its own terrace, and is within
yards of a relaxing swimming pool.
Available for winter lets, you can book
a holiday break - individual weeks - in the Spring,
Summer or Autumn.

2 bedrooms (2 twin), with fitted wardrobes, bedside
tables and lamps, and of course full air conditioning.

Bathroom:

The bathroom features a luxury massage shower
with mixer taps, hand basin, wc, storage cabinets
and electric hot water cylinder.

Kitchen:
|
The kitchen,which is open plan with the lounge,
is well equipped with a 4 hob electric cooker,
microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee filter
machine, and electric kettle.

Living Rooms:
|
The Lounge has two comfortable sofas, a dining
table with 6 chairs, a chest of drawers, a coffee
table, and full air conditioning.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
|
You will be arrive to the start of your holiday
to a clean appartment, with all the bed linen
and towels provided for the duration of your stay.
One bath sheet and one hand towel will be provided
for each person. We would kindly ask that you
wash them before departure.

Notes
on accommodation
There is a Television with UK digital channels
available via a satellite dish, and a radio/cassette/CD
player (so don't forget to bring your favourite music
with you).
You will also find a a selection of books
and games, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, automatic
washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment.
Outside
You reach the apartment through a Private
entrance with manned security gates, and then follow a
paved driveway to your own car port.
The house and pool area are completely paved
with the surrounding areas lawned.

- A golf course in complete harmony with nature - this
Bernhard Langer designed 18 hole championship golf course
covers over 198 acres.
Staffed by professionals, the Panoramica
Golf Club is host to the Bernhard Langer Golf
Academy who offer multi-lingual tuition to both
beginners and seasoned players seeking to improve their
golf handicap.
Facilities include: 2 large driving
ranges, pitch and putt practice area, pro shop, large
clubhouse and restaurant, additional bar/restaurant
and on site shop.
Green fees are very reasonable.
There are also 3 other golf courses within
an hours drive of Panoramica.

Already set in an outstanding location,
just a few kilometers (10 minutes drive) away are the
bustling towns and fishing ports of Peniscola, Benicarlo
and Vinaros, which offer you unrivalled views, sunsets
and glorious beaches.
Nearby you can also enjoy a stroll through
the beautifu and historic towns of Morella and Alcanar.
You can also enjoy beautiful walks in
the nearby mountains and around the scenic reservoir.
There is also karting and horse-riding
available nearby.
You also have Universal Studio's theme park
called Port
Aventura about an hour away, which has over
a million square metres of thrilling rides, dazzling shows
and restaurants to suit all tastes.
